Our stay at Hotel Principe Di Piemonte couldn't have been more accommodating!!! Upon arrival, we were recieved with such a kind welcome from the exceptionally kind gentleman at the front desk. The hospitality from the staff didn't end there, as the receptionist that worked the later shift was too really friendly and the wonderful ladies in accommodation, didn't just leave our room in top condition, but were also always welcoming to us. Me and my friend asked, only briefly, if it was possible for a balcony during our stay. That was enough for them to go all out for us; giving us a beautiful room and balcony which we adored using during our stay. Everything from the comfortable beds which gave us the best sleep we've had in ages, to the bathroom and the AC which we desperately needed with the heat, hit all the right points for us. I couldn't recommend here enough for tourists visiting Rome, and a huge huge huge thanks to the staff for making our stay as great as it was!

Room and Hotel were exceptionally well maintained and clean. Excellent room service and daily cleaning. All the staff were friendly and they went extra mile to help out even during the odd hours of the night. Reception staff Mr. Michael and Gwen were so friendly that I often chatted with them and they always gave good recomendations. Very helpful and friendly personalities. Hotel is at the end of the street from Termini station. There is a tram station and bus stop right next to it, hardly 20 - 30 meters or 2 minutes by foot. Breakfast was basic but plentiful and tasty.

We had an excellent stay here. Great value for money. Clean room and friendly staff. There was a calm atmosphere too. It is only a 15 minute walk from the main station (or a shorter tram ride) and a short walk to the nearest metro. The area was also near to ancient ruins which I wasn't expecting which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was only 5 euros and included barista-made coffee and fresh pastries. I've stayed in a lot of places in Europe and this was up there with the best overall experience. Really recommend for couples or friends wanting a stress-free city break.

We spent seven days in Rome. a wonderful experience, even though it's January and the weather can be changeable, it was nice. The hotel was lovely, wonderful people working, available for any question and help at any time. The room was neat and clean, we were very satisfied. Termini station is about 15 minutes' walk from the hotel and is great because it connects to all the sights. There is a possibility of breakfast, we had breakfast only once, because breakfast is mainly sweet, so we would eat in the city. All in all, we would love to come again!

The staff was really nice and helpful. The whole object looks very nice. The rooms are not luxurious but still decent and everything you need when sightseeing Rome. The localization is very good. The Hotel is close to various bus stops, beautiful Porta Maggiore. There is also Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, San Giovanni in Laterano, Scala Sancta nearby. The Colosseum and Forum Romanum are also close. You can also find a local store Conad nearby with food at great prices before heading out for your trip.
